150g ground almonds
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp baking powder
100g sugar/sugar substitute
drop of vanilla essence
sprinkle of salt
walnuts/sesame seeds to decorate
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it reaches cookie dough consistency. If too dry add a splash of milk.
- Roll into small balls and place on a lined/greased baking tray.
- Push whole walnuts into the tahini balls or flatten and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake on a lined tray in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.
Mix it up: try adding choc chips or cocoa powder
Make it vegan: sub the egg for a flax egg, use a liquid sweetener in place of honey
